The brand is named in honor of my Godmother, Pamela Granger, whose warmth, generosity, and passion for bringing people together continue to inspire every cake we create. Her passing in 2018 deepened my commitment to preserve tradition, celebrate heritage, and build something meaningful in her name. Rooted in authentic Bahamian baking traditions, we specialize in handcrafted rum cakes that embody true island luxury. Each cake is carefully infused, matured, and finished in small batches using premium ingredients to achieve a rich, moist crumb and a bold yet balanced flavor profile.
